Ask Griff and Lee - Show 234 - Segment 2
Robert, Rancho Santa Margarita CA (rrose7), called to protest a low DSR he received for Item As Described after accepting a return and giving a full refund; he said the buyer told him the the item was fake, which was not the case, and wanted to know if there was any avenue of redress he could pursue. He had already called eBay Customer Support and been told that there was nothing that could be done, it was the buyer's opinion of their transaction, but was very upset because he said that the low DSR cost him his Top-rated Seller status.
