Lee felt he needed to use all of the eBay free pictures to show the applications for which you can use his product. They ended up giving Bill a 4.9. Diana, Loomis CA (grammylew7), called to say that customer service is so important to her. As soon as she sells an item, she sends a thank-you note, then she says thank you in her feedback as well as putting a thank-you note in her package.
