In response to a comment on the chat board, Griff talked about the business sense and cost-effectiveness of professional label printers. Trish, Atlanta GA (birdhouse-in-your-soul), wrote in to say she was planning to attend the eBay In Person event in Atlanta. She asked about ending and relisting Good Till Cancelled items that have a lot of watchers but no sales.

David, Torrance CA (simos310), asked about incorporating video into the listings of the jewelry he sells. Chat boardie doug95403 commented on his preference in label printers. Bev, Chicago IL (videotown, samican2), called to ask about a current test being run on emails sent from eBay about sold items. Michael, IN (skatingtoofast), was carried over.
